Students, enrolled in the Certificate in English, Advanced Certificate in English, Diploma in English and Higher Diploma Courses, who have not yet paid the 1st installment & registration fees must complete the payment on or before 2026.09.11.

Students who do not make the payment before this date will not be allowed to attend classes in the following week.

If you have any issues regarding the payment, please contact the relevant coordinator on your class day.

Please Note:
• This notice does not apply to students of the Diploma in English – 3rd Batch who are enrolled in the Higher Diploma in English Programme on a Pending Results basis.

Postponement of the Commencement of Extension Courses in English – 4th Batch (03/08/2026)

Please note that the commencement of the Extension Courses in English (Certificate, Advanced Certificate, Diploma, and Higher Diploma) – 4th Batch has been postponed.

Accordingly, the programmes will now commence on 22nd and 23rd August 2026.

Please refer to the previously published notice and ensure that you submit the required documents to the Extension Courses in English Office, Department of English Language Teaching (DELT) on 22nd or 23rd August 2026.

Kindly complete the document submission as instructed in the previous notice.

Selected candidates are kindly requested to complete the attached Google Form to indicate their availability for class days on or before 24 July 2026.

Detailed payment instructions are provided in the instructions sheet, and the respective payment vouchers can be downloaded from the attachments below.
